The communications provider behind your brand.

CDYN gives managed service providers, IT partners and resellers Cisco collaboration, voice and connectivity on one platform. We never sell direct, so your customers stay yours.

Find the margin hiding in your customer base

Most partners have connectivity and voice contracts nobody has looked at since the day they were signed. Circuits bought years ago at yesterday’s prices. SIP channels sized for an office that has since halved. ISDN and analogue lines quietly heading for the switch-off. Each one is a customer paying too much, and margin you’re not earning.

Send us what you have, such as bills, circuit lists and call records, and we’ll review your estate free of charge. We map every circuit and trunk, measure how the channels are actually used, and come back with a proposal for each customer: what to move, what it costs, and what it saves.

How it works

  1. 1Share the data. Send us bills, circuit inventories and call records, covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
  2. 2We do the analysis. We look at circuit by circuit, channels against real call usage, and contract dates against the switch-off.
  3. 3You get the proposals. Ready-to-present proposals for each customer, with the saving for them and the margin for you.

Your customers stay yours. We use the data only for your review, under a non-disclosure agreement, and never use it to contact your customers. Every opportunity we find is yours to take.

We never sell direct

Not to large businesses, not to small ones, and not through a side door. When an end customer contacts us, we introduce them to a partner. Every customer on our platform belongs to a partner, and we don’t contact your customers outside an engagement you’ve agreed.

Add the services your customers ask for, without building them yourself

Your customers don’t stop at what you specialise in. They ask about their phones, their contact centre and their internet. If those aren’t your thing, you have two options, and both are bad. You can send the customer elsewhere and hope they come back, or you can take on another supplier, along with its contract, bill and learning curve. We give you a third option. Add collaboration, voice or connectivity to what you already do, with the expertise behind it, and keep the customer.

Take one service or all three. Whatever you add comes from one supplier, on one bill, with one support team.

  • Collaboration and contact centre

Webex calling, meetings, messaging and contact centre, designed and deployed by people who’ve spent their careers in the Cisco channel.

  • Voice

SIP trunking for Webex, Cisco and Microsoft Teams, with numbers in more than 50 countries and number porting managed for you.

  • Connectivity

Ethernet, dedicated internet and business broadband over UK tier-one networks, with resilience designed in from the start.

Start with the gap your customers ask about most. Add the rest when you’re ready.

Clear roles on every deal

Before anyone speaks to your customer, we agree who does what. Some things are always yours, some are always ours, and some depend on how much you want to take on.

Always yours

  • The customer relationship and the contract
  • Billing your customer, at the margin you set
  • Account management and the first call when something comes up

Always ours

  • The voice and connectivity platforms, and the carrier relationships behind them
  • Network design, provisioning and carrier escalation
  • Second- and third-line support for everything we supply

Your call

  • Webex licences and Cisco devices. You sell them to your customer either way. Source them through your own Cisco agreements, or through ours.
  • Deployment and professional services. Your engineers, ours, or a mix of both.
  • Device support after go-live. Keep it as your own recurring service, or hand it to us.

Partner stories

Built for the partners customers already trust

Managed service providers and IT providers

You run your customers’ IT and they call you first. Add phone systems, contact centres and meeting rooms, delivered as an extension of your team, with the customer relationship always yours.

Cisco partners

Your customers run Cisco networks and ask about Webex. Say yes to the collaboration deal without hiring pre-sales, delivery and support specialists for it.

Telecoms resellers

Your customers buy lines and SIP from you. Keep them when they move to cloud calling and contact centres, with the capability to deliver both.

You own the customer. We do the legwork.

Every customer on our platform belongs to a partner, and that never changes, however much of the work we do. The only question is how much you want to take on yourself.

You lead. Your team runs the sale and the deployment. We provide the platform, design support when you want it, and second-line support behind your engineers. This suits partners with their own voice and network skills.

We do the legwork. Bring us the opportunity and we’ll take it from there: pre-sales, design, quoting, deployment and support. We work as an extension of your team: on your calls, to your processes, in step with your account managers. You stay the customer’s provider, you send the bill and you keep the relationship.

You buy at partner pricing and set your own margin. You can mix both approaches deal by deal.

How partnerships work

Built in the Cisco channel

CDYN was founded by Dan Worman after 25 years in the Cisco channel. We’ve been the partner in these conversations, which is why we’ll never be in front of your customer.
